Reality TV mogul Kim Kardashian has revealed that she was recently diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, a health scare she says was likely triggered by stress.
The revelation surfaced in a new trailer for Season 7 of ‘The Kardashians’ on Disney+, where the 45-year-old is seen undergoing a medical imaging scan. The test reportedly uncovered a “little aneurysm,” leaving fans stunned and concerned.
In the emotionally charged preview, Kim does not just address her health, she also revisits some of her most personal struggles, including her relationship with ex-husband Kanye West.
The trailer teases moments of raw vulnerability as she recalls the chaos and unpredictability that defined parts of their marriage.
“One time I came home and all our Lamborghinis were gone,” Kim says in the clip. “He had just given them away to his friends. Then we’d have five new ones and one morning they’d all be gone again. I didn’t even know what to say anymore.”
Reflecting on her years with the rapper, Kim admits she often felt a deep sense of responsibility to protect him. “I always felt really bad for him,” she said. “I wanted to help him. Sometimes I’d think, maybe I should’ve stayed, maybe I could’ve helped.”
The couple, who share four children: North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7) and Psalm (6), divorced in 2022 after eight years of marriage.
The upcoming season also hints at darker revelations, with Kim alleging that someone “extremely close” to her once “put a hit out”, a statement that set social media abuzz.
