Tobacco company JTI Bangladesh Ltd has been ranked number one Top Employer in Bangladesh by the Top Employer Institute, recognising the company’s workplace culture and people-focused practices.
The recognition reflects the company’s emphasis on inclusive human resource practices, digital tools, employee engagement and a performance-driven work environment tailored to local needs while aligned with global standards, the company said in a press release.
JTI Bangladesh focuses on accessible leadership, learning and development opportunities, employee wellbeing and long-term career growth, according to the company.
Commenting on the achievement, Yassine Khabbaj, director of people and culture at JTI Bangladesh, said the ranking demonstrated the company’s commitment to putting people at the centre of its agenda.
