Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre is bringing the royal flavours and vibrant traditions of Rajasthan to Dhaka with “The Maharaja Returns,” a food festival at Attitude Restaurant from 15 to 28 November.
The festival is priced at Tk8,499 net per person. It offers “Buy 1 Get 4 free”- five guests dine for the price of one- with eligible BRAC Bank cards, and “Buy 1 Get 3 free”- four guests dine for the price of one- with selected bank cards.
A chef from Rajasthan will bring regional cooking traditions to the table alongside ingredients and spices sourced from Rajasthan. Main-course highlights include Laal Maas, Safed Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri and Rajasthani Kadhi, accompanied by Bajre Ki Roti. The Marwar Mithai Mahal dessert selection will feature Ghevar, Mawa Kachori, Malpua and Moong Dal Halwa.
The festival also includes traditional Rajasthani puppet performances, live music and folk artistry. A dedicated Rajasthani stall in the hotel lobby will offer traditional outfits and jewellery, allowing guests to explore, and take home, a little of Rajasthan’s colourful heritage. One lucky winner will receive a helicopter ride, courtesy of Probashi Helicopter.
