Grameenphone (GP) and Dekko Foods Ltd. signed a strategic partnership to support digital transformation through advanced connectivity and enterprise solutions.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed recently by GP CEO Yasir Azman and Dekko Legacy Group Managing Director Kalpan Hossain in the presence of senior officials from both organisations, said a press release on Tuesday.
Under the partnership, Dekko Foods, a sister concern of Dekko Legacy Group, will use GP’s connectivity and enterprise solutions to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation in its manufacturing operations, the press release said.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, GP CEO Yasir Azman said reliable connectivity and enterprise solutions have become essential as businesses adopt digital transformation. He said the partnership aims to build smarter operations through technology to improve agility, productivity and long-term growth.
Kalpan Hossain said the partnership would help Dekko Foods strengthen its operational capabilities, improve efficiency and create greater value for customers.
Grameenphone Chief Business Officer Asif Naimur Rashid, Head of Emerging Accounts SM Zahadul Arafin, Head of PPO Md Mahbubul Alam Bhuiyan, Head of Prime Accounts Arvid Chowdhury, Head of Emerging Dhaka North Sougata Biswas, Strategic Account Manager Hasan Hafijur Rahman and Strategic Account Manager Md Ashraf-uzzaman Chowdhury attended the signing ceremony.
Dekko Foods Chief Operating Officer AKM Zabed, Head of Marketing Md Neamul Quader, Head of Sales Syed Abrar Ahmed, Head of HR Md Zahirul Islam, Head of Accounts and Finance Md Jashedul Hoque, and Head of Supply Chain Md Bazlur Rahman were also present.
