The government has introduced two new digital platforms – the “Shubhechcha” mobile application and the “Druto Ticket” central online ticketing system – aimed at enhancing services for expatriate Bangladeshis and ensuring transparent access to citizen services.

Chief Adviser’s Special Assistant for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Faiz Ahmad Taiyeb and ICT Division Secretary Shish Haider Chowdhury presented detailed briefings on the initiatives to CA Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna on Tuesday evening.

The “Shubhechcha” app will provide expatriates with streamlined access to over 100 citizen services. Simultaneously, authorities launched the “Druto Ticket” platform to prevent irregularities and guarantee transparency in bus, rail, and air travel bookings, particularly during festival seasons and other periods.

CA expressed appreciation for the successful launch of both platforms, thanking those involved in the initiatives.

He stated, “Our goal was to ensure that all government services reach citizens without suffering. Today the journey of these two platforms has begun. This is only the beginning. The two platforms must be expanded to a larger scale and reach more people”.

“I hope the next elected government will take these two initiatives forward,” he expressed the hope.
