Bollywood actor Govinda was recently spotted outside a hospital in Juhu, Mumbai, amid continuing tensions in his marriage to Sunita Ahuja. The reason for his hospital visit remains unclear.
Dressed in a white shirt and jeans, Govinda briefly responded to paparazzi who asked about his health, saying, “Fine.” His appearance has since raised concern among fans.
The sighting comes as Govinda and Sunita’s marriage remains under intense public scrutiny. Sunita recently appeared before a family court and reportedly withdrew her divorce petition.
In a phone conversation with actor Rakhi Sawant, Sunita claimed she withdrew the petition after hearing that Govinda and his co-star Komal Rani Swarnkar were planning to marry. “Maine kal divorce case wapas le liya kyunki woh shaadi karne ke plan me the woh log,” she said.
However, Govinda’s manager rejected the claim in an interview with Zoom TV, saying there was no question of a second marriage. “There’s nothing like this, nor will it happen. There’s no second marriage happening,” he said.
The manager stressed that Sunita remains Govinda’s wife and suggested that her comments could be linked to personal issues. He also expressed hope that the couple would resolve their differences for the sake of their children, who have been affected by the public dispute.
Tensions between the couple have intensified in recent months. Sunita previously criticised Govinda after he was spotted with Komal at Mumbai airport, referring to him as “Komal’s sugar daddy”. Govinda responded by warning Sunita against defaming him and urged her to “stay in limits” when speaking to the media.
Despite the allegations and speculation surrounding their marriage, Govinda’s manager has maintained that the actor has no plans for a second marriage. As the couple’s public exchanges continue, their relationship remains under close scrutiny.
