The new website of the Dhaka University Science Workshop, https://www.du.ac.bd/offices/OSW, has been officially launched.
Dhaka University Treasurer Professor Dr M Jahangir Alam Chowdhury inaugurated the website as the chief guest at a ceremony on Wednesday.
Present at the time were Dean of the Faculty of Science Professor Dr Abdus Salam, Science Workshop In-Charge Professor Dr Zulfiqar Hasan Khan, and other concerned individuals.
Dr Chowdhury said the Science Workshop will be modernised through the construction of a multi-storey building and the installation of advanced and modern machinery.
He expressed hope that the activities of the Science Workshop will become more transparent, dynamic, and modern through the new website.
