Community Bank Bangladesh PLC hosted the 63rd Board of Directors meeting and the 82nd bi-monthly meeting of Primary Dealers Bangladesh Limited (PDBL) at Lakeshore Hotel in Gulshan on Thursday, bringing together top banking executives to review market conditions.
The bank said in a press release that PDBL Chairman and Mutual Trust Bank Managing Director (MD) and CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman chaired the meetings.
Community Bank MD (Current Charge) Kimiwa Saddat, MDs and CEOs of member banks, and PDBL Chief Executive Officer attended.
Heads of treasury, treasury dealers and senior officials from member banks were also present.
Participants discussed Bangladesh’s government securities market development, money market and foreign exchange trends, and key local and global economic issues.
