Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited has appointed B-Track Solutions Limited as its authorised partner and sales agent for Starlink satellite-based internet services in Bangladesh, marking a step toward expanding high-speed connectivity nationwide.
The agreement was signed on Monday, 26 January 2026 at Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited head office in Dhaka. Under the arrangement, B-Track Solutions will work with the state-owned satellite operator to market, sell, implement and operate Starlink products and services across the country, with a focus on entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Imadur Rahman said advanced satellite communication technologies such as Starlink would help deliver high-speed internet to remote and underserved areas, adding that collaboration with B-Track Solutions would strengthen customer service through its experience and network.
B-Track Solutions Limited Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Tanvir Siddiq said the partnership would accelerate the rollout of Starlink services in Bangladesh and support improved connectivity across sectors including industry, education and healthcare, alongside reliable technical support and prompt customer service.
Starlink is a satellite internet service operated by SpaceX of the United States. It began commercial operations in Bangladesh on 20 May 2025, offering high-speed, low-latency satellite internet services.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both organisations. Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited was represented by General Manager Admin and Procurement Md Golam Sarowar and General Manager Sales and Marketing Shah Ahmedul Kabir.
From B-Track Solutions Limited, attendees included Bangla Trac Group Group Director Major General Retd Md Ashikuzzaman, Bangla Trac Group Group CFO Fahad Mahmud Islam, B-Track Solutions Limited Chief Executive Officer M Tanvir Siddiq, Head of Projects Safayet Abdullah and Golam Mustofa Ahad.
