Grameenphone Ltd. will provide Starlink’s satellite-based internet services to its business and corporate customers through a new partnership with Bangladesh Satellite Company Limited (BSCL), the authorized Starlink reseller.
Under the agreement, BSCL will deliver Starlink’s advanced satellite connectivity to Grameenphone’s B2B and corporate clients, enabling high-speed, low-latency internet in areas with limited or no terrestrial infrastructure, said the press release. The service is expected to benefit industries requiring mission-critical uptime and seamless data transmission in remote and geographically challenging regions.
The signing ceremony took place recently at the GP House boardroom. Dr Muhammad Imadur Rahman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BSCL, and Yasir Azman, Chief Executive Officer of Grameenphone, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Also present at the signing were Md. Golam Sarowar, General Manager (Admin & Procurement) and Shah Ahmedul Kabir, General Manager (Sales & Marketing) of BSCL; along with Dr Asif Naimur Rashid, Chief Business Officer of Grameenphone and other senior officials from both organizations.
