Dhaka Bank PLC has signed an agreement to provide cash management services to Bayer CropScience Limited, expanding its corporate transaction banking offering, the bank said.
The agreement was signed on 20 January 2026 at Dhaka Bank PLC Gulshan Head Office. Dhaka Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director Akhlaqur Rahman and Bayer CropScience Limited Managing Director Zahidul Islam signed and exchanged the documents on behalf of their respective organisations.
Also present at the signing ceremony were Dhaka Bank PLC Deputy Managing Director and CEMO Md Mostaque Ahmed, EVP and Head of MSME and Emerging Business Division Mohammad Mahbubur Rahman Palash, EVP and Manager of Uttara Branch Mohammad Dedarul Alam, Head of Cash Management and Liability Marketing Unit Mosleh Saad Mahmud, along with Bayer CropScience Limited Head of Finance Accounts and Taxation Zahirul Hoque Munna and Assistant Manager Finance Kaniz Fatima, alongside other senior officials from both organisations.
Under the agreement, Dhaka Bank PLC will provide secure payment and collection services to Bayer CropScience Limited through its cash management platform C Solution. The service includes bulk transaction processing and real-time transaction updating features, aimed at improving operational efficiency and cash flow visibility.
