BRAC Bank has inaugurated a new branch at Dhanmondi 6 in Dhaka to provide the best-in-class services and a delightful banking experience to its valued customers.
The bank’s Managing Director & CEO Tareq Refat Ullah Khan formally inaugurated the branch at Hakim Heritage Tower in the area on 5 January, 2026, according to a press release.
Deputy Managing Director and Head of Branch Distribution Network Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, Head of General Services Brig Gen Md. Amin Akbar (Rtd.), Senior Zonal Head for South Taher Hasan Al Mamun, and Regional Head Nakib Zaman and senior officials of the bank attended the ceremony.
The branch has a Premium Banking Lounge as well with most modern amenities to cater to the special customer segments.
Located adjacent to the Gonoshasthaya Nagar Hospital, the Dhanmondi 6 Branch is well positioned to serve Retail, SME, and Corporate Banking customers. The new branch will play a key role in expanding BRAC Bank’s footprint and strengthening its presence across the country.
The bank’s extensive network includes 310 branches and sub-branches, making it one of the largest in Bangladesh.
