The fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the first Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Bankers Club of Bangladesh Limited were held on Saturday.
The meetings were held at the club premises in Uttara, Dhaka. The AGM began at 10:00am, followed by the EGM at 11:00am.
During the AGM, General Secretary Shafiqul Islam Fakir Pintu conducted the session. Finance Secretary Shafiqul Islam presented the activity report, financial statements and proposed agendas covering the fiscal years from 2019 to 2024. The agendas were approved unanimously by the members present.
At the subsequent EGM, the proposed agendas were placed before the members under the supervision of the General Secretary and were also approved unanimously.
Bankers Club President Mohammad Imtiaz Uddin, Senior Vice President Md Rashed Akhtar, members of the executive committee and general members of the club attended the meetings.
Bankers Club expressed gratitude to the members and stakeholders for their participation.
