Apex Footwear has launched online order-and-in-store pickup service alongside express delivery ahead of Eid-ul-Azha, expanding its omnichannel retail model with permanent fulfilment options aimed at faster customer access.
Under the online order-and-pickup model, customers can buy products through apex4u.com and collect them from selected outlets, avoiding delivery charges and waiting time.
The company said in a press release on Wednesday that the service ensures immediate product availability with flexible store-based collection.
Express delivery has been introduced in the Dhaka metropolitan area, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11:30 am and next-day delivery for those placed later.
Apex said it plans a phased nationwide expansion.
The company also introduced open-box delivery, allowing customers to check product size and fit at the doorstep before acceptance, alongside EMI facilities for purchases above Tk5,000.
Apex Footwear Head of Marketing Md Raihan Kabir said the services were designed to give customers greater control over purchase timing and fulfilment.
Apex Footwear CEO Firoze Mohammad said the initiative supports a shift towards a faster and more seamless retail experience.
The company said both services will remain part of its permanent retail portfolio as it strengthens its digital commerce and omnichannel operations.
