NCP delegation meets deputy minister of IDCPC in Beijing

A National Citizen Party (NCP) delegation, currently on an official visit to China, held a meeting with Deputy Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC) Central Committee Sun Haiyan on Thursday.

During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on a wide range of political issues, including the current political situation in Bangladesh, the reform process, electoral prospects, and the future of political development.

NCP leaders highlighted its vision for the future political landscape of Bangladesh.

Sun Haiyan conveyed her best wishes for the NCP’s journey ahead and expressed IDCPC’s strong commitment to strengthening party-to-party relations between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the National Citizen Party (NCP).

On behalf of the delegation, Convener of NCP Nahid Islam expressed his sincere gratitude for the invitation. Following the meeting, Director General of the IDCPC Peng Xiubin hosted a banquet in honour of the delegation.
