Convener of National Citizen Party (NCP), Nahid Islam, arrived in Malaysia on Friday. Upon his arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, he was warmly welcomed with floral greetings and heartfelt reception on behalf of the NCP Diaspora Alliance Malaysia, according to a press release.
Leaders from various tiers of the organisation, expatriate members, and well-wishers were present at the airport.
Shortly after arriving in Malaysia, the NCP convener began his visit by offering Maghrib prayers at the Putrajaya Grand Mosque. He is accompanied by Joint Member Secretary Alauddin Mohammad.
During his visit, Nahid will participate in multiple programmes aimed at addressing the various challenges faced by expatriate Bangladeshis, strengthening the movement for rights, and accelerating organisational activities.
On behalf of the NCP Diaspora Alliance Malaysia, all expatriate comrades are earnestly urged to actively participate in the programmes scheduled during the leader’s visit.
