Bdcalling IT signs deal with British Council to launch largest digital exam venue

Bdcalling IT Ltd, a concern of Betopia Group, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the British Council to establish Bangladesh’s largest computer-delivered examination centre at Kaderia Tower in Mohakhali.

The new venue can accommodate over 150 candidates and is equipped to support ICT practicals, IELTS, and various university and professional examinations, according to a press release.

Betopia Group Founder and Bdcalling IT Ltd Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Monir Hossain said the initiative demonstrates a commitment to building modern digital infrastructure for education.

“We are proud to offer such an inclusive and technologically advanced venue for examinees,” he said.

British Council Bangladesh Country Exams Director Maxim Raimann said the partnership would improve access to quality testing environments while maintaining integrity and comfort for candidates.

The signing ceremony was attended by Betopia Group Chairman Sabrina Akter, British Council Bangladesh Director of Exams Operations Zunayed Ahmed and other senior officials from both organisations.
