Actor Abdullah Al Sentu will appear in the web film ‘Bolte Pari Nai’, based on a story he wrote, portraying the familiar struggles of lower-middle-class life.
Known for taking on diverse roles, Sentu has caught viewers’ attention through his performances in various productions, including ‘Myself Allen Swapan’. This time, he brings his own story to the screen.
The web film explores the lives of people for whom even ordinary needs remain distant dreams. Financial constraints hold them back, making even love and marriage difficult to pursue.
Speaking about the story, Sentu said, “This is a story we know well. It reflects the lives of many people around us. For many of us, there is a huge gap between our desires and what we can afford. Some people do not even dare to marry because they lack money. Even when they develop feelings for someone, they cannot hold on to the person they love. ‘Bolte Pari Nai’ tells a story like this.”
Sentu and Aniha Aliza play the lead roles in the web film. The supporting cast includes Hasib Adnan, Abu Faisal Robin, Juain Hossain (Ifti), HR Fardin Khan, Sunny Sarker and Afroza Munnis, among others.
RI Lipson has directed the film, which Aishin Multimedia produced under its banner. The project marks the production company’s first venture.
Filming has already wrapped up, and Sentu said the web film would be released soon.
