Pubali Bank PLC has outlined its security roadmap at a virtual workshop on cyber security awareness, focusing on information security and basic security practices across the bank.
The workshop was recently organised by the bank’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Operation Division, with Managing Director Mohammad Ali inaugurating the programme as chief guest, the bank said in a press release.
Addressing the workshop, Ali presented an overview of Pubali Bank’s security roadmap.
Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Esha, Ahmed Enayet Manzur, Md Shahnewaz Khan, Mohammad Anisuzzaman and Sultana Sarifun Nahar attended virtually as guests of honour.
Endra Mohan Sutradhar, general manager and Chief Technology Officer (TC), attended as special guest.
Md Helal Uddin, general manager of the ICT Operation Division, spoke about Information Security Awareness Month.
Mohammad Arif Ferdous, assistant general manager of the ICT Operation Division, delivered a presentation on basic security awareness and related issues.
