Md Faizul Alam, managing director of Savor International Ltd, has been appointed vice-president of MICE Association Bangladesh, an industry platform for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) sector.
Savor International operates in Bangladesh’s exhibition industry and has been expanding its presence in domestic and international markets, according to a company press release.
Alam also serves as managing director of Postmaster Communication and Springfield Corporation, the official channel partner of Alibaba.com in Bangladesh, and as executive director of British Columbia School.
He is also a director of the Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and adviser to the president of the Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Through his roles in exhibitions, business, international trade and industry bodies, Alam has been involved in efforts to expand Bangladesh’s MICE sector and strengthen its international links
