Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi has announced that there will be “significant changes” in Iran’s defensive and counter-offensive operations in the event of a new attack by the United States.
Addressing local media, Mohebbi said these modifications will include a shift in the geography of war, alongside a shift in weapons and military equipment, reports Al Jazeera.
“We will bring new weapons with new capabilities into the battlefield, and the world will be astonished,” Mohebbi told local media.
He added that Iran’s targets are no longer necessarily the same as previous ones, highlighting that the IRGC has new targets that have not yet been struck.
