The seventh death anniversary of Tasmia Haque Hyia, the only daughter of former Dhaka North City Corporation Chief Estate Officer Md Mozammel Haque, was observed on Monday with Quran recitation and a prayer gathering at her paternal residence.
The programme was arranged to pray for the departed soul of Tasmia Haque Hyia and seek her eternal peace and place in Jannah, said a press release. Her father, Md Mozammel Haque, an additional secretary (retired), requested everyone to pray for his late daughter’s salvation.
The commemoration was held at the family’s paternal residence, where relatives and well-wishers joined in prayers marking the anniversary of her death.
Md Mozammel Haque previously served as the Chief Estate Officer of Dhaka North City Corporation, a position also referenced in reports about the city corporation’s officials.
