BRAC Bank has launched CORPnet Mobile App, a mobile banking service designed for corporate and business customers that allows authorised signatories to approve transactions around the clock, monitor accounts and access financial information remotely. The app also supports bulk approval of multiple transactions, giving businesses a faster way to handle high transaction volumes, the bank said in a press release on Tuesday.

The app provides real-time account balances and transaction details, with push notifications alerting users to transaction events that require attention. Corporate customers can also access Management Information System reports through the app, allowing them to monitor banking activities and make timely business decisions.

CORPnet Mobile App uses multiple layers of security and control for corporate banking. Biometric login provides access to the service, while token-based transaction authorisation, device binding and session-level protection are designed to safeguard banking activities.

A detailed audit trail records transaction and approval activities, helping businesses strengthen transparency, accountability and internal controls.

The mobile app complements BRAC Bank’s existing CORPnet platform by extending transaction approval, account monitoring and reporting functions to mobile devices. The bank said the combination of mobility, enterprise-level security and oversight gives corporate customers greater flexibility while maintaining control and governance.

Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Managing Director & CEO of BRAC Bank, said, “In business, a delayed approval can mean a delayed payment, shipment or opportunity.” He said the CORPnet Mobile App puts secure transaction approval and real-time financial visibility in the hands of corporate decision-makers, allowing them to respond quickly wherever business takes them.

The launch is part of BRAC Bank’s effort to reduce administrative friction, accelerate financial decision-making and help businesses manage critical banking activities securely in a fast-moving business environment.

BRAC Bank PLC, traded as BRACBANK on the Dhaka Stock Exchange, began operations in 2001 with a particular focus on the small and medium-sized enterprise segment. The bank has 310 branches and sub-branches, 330 ATMs, 446 SME Unit Offices and 1,119 Agent Banking Outlets, with a workforce of more than 10,000 people serving corporate, retail and SME customers.

With more than two million customers, the bank said it has become the country’s largest collateral-free SME financier during its 25 years of operation and continues to serve as a benchmark for governance, transparency and compliance in the banking sector.
