The Shari’ah Supervisory Secretariat of Social Islami Bank PLC, currently operating under Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, organised a strategic exchange meeting with Hajj agency owners at the bank’s head office on Thursday. The session was aimed at facilitating the seamless completion of Hajj pre-registration, registration, and other essential banking services.
Md Abul Bashar, Administrator of the bank, attended the programme as the Chief Guest. The event also featured Associate Administrators Asadul Mustafa, Dr Mohammad Bozlul Karim, and Rowson Akter as Special Guests, alongside managers from the relevant bank branches.
During the meeting, Hajj agency owners shared their expectations regarding strategic support from the bank’s management to ensure the smooth execution of Hajj-related activities. In response, SIBL reaffirmed its commitment to providing uninterrupted banking services and all necessary assistance to the agencies.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Guest, Md Abul Bashar, stated that SIBL has successfully overcome its previous challenges and is now delivering uninterrupted services to its customers. He further assured the participants that the bank would provide financial support and banking facilities specifically tailored for Hajj agencies.
