Two eighth-grade students died after drowning in the Turag river at Kamarpara, Uttara.
The deceased were identified as Imran and Roman.
According to media reports, the two students entered the river to bathe around 4:30pm and soon went missing. Members of the River Police recovered their bodies around 8:30pm following a search.
