  • New banknotes are still to be updated on the metro rail’s ticket vending machines. Whenever commuters vend new paper currencies, machines misbehave as commuters cannot vend desired changes. According to a commuter, the call button to help is also helpless as nobody comes to help. It creates a long queue to buy tickets from booths like an old-fashioned railway station ticket counter.
