Customers will also continue to enjoy the government’s 2.5 percent cash incentive on remittances.

Through the initiative, Nagad seeks to add an extra layer of joy to the act of sending money home. Alongside supporting their families, expatriates can look forward to winning an attractive prize. The campaign will continue until 31 March, 2026.

Commenting on the launch, Nagad’s Chief Marketing Officer, Symon Imran Hyder, said, “During every Eid, expatriate Bangladeshis send remittances to support their families back home.

If they can also win a gold necklace by sending money through Nagad, it will make the occasion even more special for both the remittance warrior and their loved ones. We introduced this special campaign as part of our ongoing efforts to create joyful moments for our customers.”
