The first session of the 13th national parliament is set to convene on 12 March.
President Md Sahabuddin summoned this session on Monday.
This was informed in a notification issued by the National Parliament Secretariat on Monday afternoon.
The notification stated that the President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Md Sahabuddin, exercising the power conferred by Article 72(1) of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, has summoned the first session of the thirteenth national parliament for Thursday, 12 March.
The session will commence at 11am on that day.
