Ryans brings mobile phones, global tech brands to DDIExpo 2026

Ryans Computers has introduced an extensive collection of mobile phones and showcased world-renowned technology brands at its stalls at the Digital Devices and Innovation Expo (DDIExpo) 2026 in Dhaka.

Participating as a leading retailer and IT solutions provider, Ryans is hosting activities at stalls 7 and 8 throughout the four-day event. The company is displaying products from international brands including Apple, Czur, Starlink, EcoFlow, Emeet, DJI and Gigabyte AI PC.

For the first time, Ryans has brought a wide range of mobile phones to the expo, offering visitors live demonstrations to explore device features firsthand. The company is also providing brochures with detailed information on its devices.

POS terminals have been installed at the stalls to assist visitors with price checks and order-related queries, while digital screens are featuring video content promoting the event on social media.

The expo began on 28 January at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in Dhaka and will continue until 31 January.

Held under the theme “Bangladesh to the World”, the event aims to highlight Bangladesh’s technological capabilities on the global stage. Organisers expect around 500,000 visitors.

Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus inaugurated the event on 28 January at 10.30AM. Industry experts said the expo is expected to strengthen Bangladesh’s position in the global information and communication technology sector.

The event also supports the implementation of the National Digital Transformation Strategy. A seminar titled “Access to Finance” will be held for students, offering opportunities to purchase laptops and computers on easy terms.

Visitors can register through a three-step process by signing up online via the expo website, attending in person and collecting badges for entry.

The expo features attractions including a Gaming and Esports Arena with live broadcasts of Valorant, eFootball and FIFA competitions, as well as creative events such as cosplay shows, PC build contests and gadget ramp shows.

Organisers said visitors will have chances to win smartphones and flagship devices, alongside mega sales and promotional offers from participating brands.

More than 130 pavilions have been set up at the expo, with awards to be given for the best stalls based on creativity and innovation.

The event is organised by the ICT Division, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority and the Bangladesh Computer Samity.
