Kohinoor Chemical Company (Bangladesh) Ltd, one of the country’s oldest and largest consumer goods manufacturers, held its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2 December 2025 through a digital platform.
The meeting was chaired by Company Chairman Abu Johar Md Shofiuddin, with Board Director Anwara Hossain, Company Secretary Kamruzzaman and senior officials present. Shareholders participated online.
According to the statement, shareholders approved the directors’ report, audited financial statements and auditors’ report for the financial year 2024–25. They also approved the board’s recommended dividends for the year.
The AGM further endorsed the appointment of auditors and compliance auditors for the 2025–26 financial year.
Company Secretary Kamruzzaman signed the notice on behalf of the organisation.
