vivo has introduced its new Y32 smartphone in the Bangladeshi market, featuring an 8,000mAh BlueVolt battery designed for extended use, according to a press release issued on Monday.

Y32 supports 44W FlashCharge technology and can provide up to 35 minutes of 4G calls on just 1 per cent charge. The battery is engineered to retain at least 80 per cent of its original capacity after 1,500 charging cycles. vivo claims the phone can deliver up to 36 hours of phone calls and 20 hours of short-video viewing, even at temperatures up to 40°C.

The phone features an IP69 dust and water resistance rating, which vivo describes as its strongest water resistance to date. It can withstand submersion in static water up to 3 metres deep for 30 minutes. Its Anti-Drop Armor design is intended to protect against minor everyday impacts.

Y32 features a 6.87-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and dual speakers. For photography, it includes a 50MP wide-angle camera and an AI Erase feature to remove unwanted objects from photos. vivo Y32 is available in two colour variants: Twilight Red and Sunset Orange.

The device also includes 50-Month Smoothness Support to maintain performance over time. Software features include vivo DocMaster for viewing, editing, and e-signing documents, alongside AI Transcript Assist and AI Caption for converting spoken conversations into text and summaries.

New model features 44W FlashCharge, IP69 water resistance and a 50MP camera.
