US-Bangla Airlines wins ‘Best Domestic Airline’ award

US-Bangla Airlines has been adjudged the “Best Domestic Airline” at the International Tourism Award 2026 (TITA). This marks the second time the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB) has organised the event to recognise excellence in the sector.

The award ceremony, held on Sunday, featured M Rashiduzzaman Millat, the Honourable State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism, as the chief guest.

He presented the accolade alongside TOAB President Rafiuzzaman. Md Kamrul Islam, general manager of their Public Relations division, accepted the trophy on behalf of US-Bangla Airlines.

The airline currently maintains a modern fleet of 25 aircraft, which includes nine Boeing 737-800s and three Airbus A330-300s.

This fleet supports operations across all domestic destinations within Bangladesh and facilitates travel to 14 international destinations spanning 10 countries.

Existing international routes include services to Riyadh, Jeddah, Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and Doha in the Middle East.

The carrier also operates flights to Guangzhou, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Malé, Kolkata, and Chennai.

Looking ahead, US-Bangla Airlines intends to expand its network connectivity and operational capacity. The carrier is scheduled to induct three additional narrow-body Boeing 737-800 aircraft into its fleet in the near future.

Additionally, there are advanced plans to launch new international services from Dhaka to Colombo, Madinah, Dammam, and Kuwait.

According to the carrier, this latest recognition highlights its unwavering commitment to passenger safety, service quality, and operational excellence, while contributing to the growth of the aviation and tourism industries in Bangladesh.
