The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hanns A. Pielenz Foundation, Germany, in collaboration with AMANN Bangladesh to implement a joint research project titled “Family, Future, Equality, and Sustainability” on Tuesday.
The collaboration aimed to promote academic research and knowledge exchange focusing on social development, sustainability, and inclusive growth, according to a press release.
The MoU was signed on behalf of AMANN Bangladesh by Mr. Md. Rokonuzzaman, Country Managing Director, representing the Hanns A. Pielenz Foundation, and on behalf of ULAB by Professor Milan Kumar Bhattacharjee, PhD, Acting Vice Chancellor and Treasurer.
Also present from AMANN Bangladesh were Md. Mehanazuddin Rupom, Head of HR & Administration, Mohammad Arshad Hasan Chowdhury, Business Development Director, Mohammad Sultanul Arefin, Supply Chain Director, and G. S. Ashiqur Rahman Bhuyian, Finance Director & Company Secretary.
From ULAB, Professor Dr. Sarwar Uddin Ahmed, Dean, ULAB School of Business, Associate Professor Dr. Shamsuddin Ahamad, Project Lead, Mr. Mohammad Tawhid Reaz and Ms. Parveen Huda, Co-Investigators, and Mr. Shawkat Tanveer Rahman, MBA Coordinator, were present at the signing ceremony.
