Rail communication between Dhaka and North Bengal has been suspended after a carriage of a Dhaka-bound train derailed at Shaheed M Mansur Ali Station in Sirajganj on Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 11:15am on Dhaka-Ishwardi railway line, leading to an immediate halt in rail services on the route.
Sirajganj Railway Police official confirmed the matter.
