Sixteen leading brands competed at the bKash Cricket Carnival 2025 in a festive setting at the Bashundhara Kings Cricket Ground, according to a press release.
The tournament brought together Aarong, RFL, Bata, Walton, Shwapno, Unimart, Apollo Clinic, Shohoz, Artisan, Infinity Mega Mall, Easy Fashion, Jatri, GoZayaan, InterContinental Dhaka, Unique Hotel & Resorts and bKash. Artisan won the championship, while Unique Hotel & Resorts finished as runner-up.
The release said bKash hosted the event to strengthen its engagement with top merchants through a friendly sporting platform. It said participating brands, by accepting payments through bKash, are helping expand the country’s digital transaction ecosystem and promote cashless habits among customers.
At the trophy ceremony on Saturday, bKash Chief Commercial Officer Ali Ahmmed handed over awards to the champion and other winning teams, the release added.
