Southeast Bank PLC has won JP Morgan’s “The 2025 US Dollar Clearing Elite Quality Recognition Award for Outstanding Achievement of Best-in-Class”, awarded by JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA, the largest bank in the United States.
The award-giving ceremony was graced by the Chairman of Southeast Bank PLC, MA Kashem, as the chief guest, according to a press release.
Managing Director and CEO Md Khalid Mahmood Khan, along with Additional Managing Directors, Deputy Managing Directors, Divisional Heads and other senior officials of the bank, were also present at the programme.
Chairman MA Kashem received the award from Sazzad Anam, executive director and head of Financial Institutions, Treasury Services of JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, Bangladesh Representative Office.
Southeast Bank PLC exceeded JP Morgan’s stringent Straight Through Processing (STP) performance standard by maintaining a 99.71 percent STP rate in MT103 transaction processing.
In recognition of this performance, JP Morgan conferred the award on Southeast Bank PLC.
