The “Belt and Road Initiative in Bangladesh Exhibition 2025” concluded on September 14 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka.
Premier Bank participated in the two-day event, showcasing its pavilion at Hall-2, Stall 75 & 76.
The exhibition was inaugurated by SK Bashir Uddin, adviser to the ministry of commerce, with a keynote address from Yao Wen, ambassador of China to Bangladesh.
Special guests included Md Sabur Hossain, additional secretary of the Power Division, and Mirana Mahrukh, additional secretary and wing chief of the Economic Relations Division.
Following the inauguration, Uddin and Yao Wen visited the Premier Bank pavilion, where they were welcomed by Dr Arifur Rahman, chairman of the bank’s board, Md Sazzad Hossain, independent director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Mohammad Abu Jafar, managing director and CEO, and other senior officials.
