A man was killed and three others injured in a head-on collision between two motorcycles in Damurhuda upazila of Chuadanga district on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Shahin Ali, 28.
The injured are Firoz Hossain, 32, Jony Ahmed, 42, and Nishkallank, 40.
Damurhuda Model Police Station Officer-in-charge (OC) Sheikh Mesbah Uddin confirmed the incident.
According to the police and locals, Shahin was riding a motorcycle towards Damurhuda Bazar in the morning.
After crossing Damurhuda Bridge, his motorcycle collided head-on with another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. Shahin died on the spot in the crash.
The three injured were taken to Damurhuda Upazila Health Complex and later transferred to Chuadanga Sadar Hospital for advanced treatment.
OC Mesbah said legal proceedings regarding the incident are underway.
