Bangladesh Retail Awards 2026 honoured leading brands across banking, fashion, electronics, and retail strategy, recognising performance, innovation, and market reach, organisers said in a statement.
A total of 64 accolades were presented across 26 categories at the third edition of the awards held at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka on Saturday, with 40 winners and 24 honourable mentions, the statement said.
City Bank PLC won best retailer in banks, Habson Communication Limited in café, Singer Bangladesh in electronics, Sailor in fashion and apparels, and Apex Footwear Limited in footwear, it said.
Dominos Pizza Bangladesh secured the restaurants category, while Mithai of PRAN-RFL Group won in sweet and savory, with winners in jewellery and lifestyle not specified, it said.
In strategy categories, Apex Footwear Limited and IPDC Finance PLC jointly won best acquisition strategy, while Unilever Bangladesh Limited and PriyoShop secured best B2B e-commerce platform, the statement said.
Grameenphone and Singer Bangladesh won best B2C e-commerce platform, while bKash Limited secured best innovation in POP merchandising and jointly with Software Shop Limited won in retail payment solutions, it said.
Bata Shoe Company Bangladesh won best loyalty campaign, while Apex Footwear Limited and Foodi secured best made in Bangladesh retail brand, the statement said.
Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited and Grameenphone jointly won best omni-channel integration and retail activation, while Sailor secured best retail campaign, it said.
Miniso Bangladesh and Singer Bangladesh won best retail in-store design, while Grameenphone secured best retail revamp and PriyoShop won best retail startup, the statement said.
Singer Bangladesh and International Distributions Company Bangladesh PLC jointly won best retail strategy, while Shwapno of ACI Logistics secured best use of technology in retail, it said.
Shwapno was named best retail organisation of the year and most innovative retail brand of 2025, while Electro Mart Limited won emerging retailer of the year and most admired retailer for new market penetration, the statement said.
Grameenphone secured the F-commerce evolution champions title, while Prime Bank PLC and Shwapno jointly won most sustainable retail initiative, it added.
The awards were organised by Bangladesh Retail Forum in collaboration with Bangladesh Brand Forum, drawing 347 nominations from 53 organisations, while the event followed the Bangladesh Retail Congress 2026 focused on knowledge-driven retail transformation, the statement said.
