Mahdi Amin, education policy and research adviser to the prime minister and PM’s Office spokesperson, has departed for China on a three-day state visit.
The visit comes at the invitation of the Chinese government, where he will participate in various events and discussions concerning technical and vocational education.
Prior to his departure on Tuesday, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, Yao Wen, officially bid him farewell and offered his best wishes at the airport.
Mohammad Dawood Mia, secretary of the Technical and Madrasah Education Division under Education Ministry, was also present.
Additionally, Cultural Counsellor Li Shaopeng and Third Secretary of the Cultural Section Xia Daojing were present on behalf of the Chinese Embassy.
