The PMO Convergence 2025, organized by PMaspire Global Group in collaboration with PMO Global Institute Inc, brought together over 120 PMO leaders and executives from 80+ organizations.
The event explored how Project Management Offices (PMOs) are driving economic growth and governance excellence, according to a press release.
Held on October 18, 2025, the conference, themed “PMO as a Nation Builder,” focused on the evolution of PMOs into strategic engines of transformation.
Dr Abdulla the Transformer, Founder and CEO of PMaspire Global Group and PMO Global Institute Inc, delivered a keynote on the rise of Artificial Intelligence in project management.
“When intelligence grows beyond us, leadership must grow within us,” said Dr Abdulla, urging PMO leaders to embrace the convergence of purpose, intelligence, and execution.
A panel discussion titled “PMO as a Nation Builder – How PMOs Are Shaping Economic Growth and Governance Excellence” featured leaders from government, finance, and real estate sectors.
Md Mosta Gausul Hoque emphasized the lack of structured project management learning in the public sector. He called for national-level initiatives to strengthen PMO practices in government institutions.
Ar Khurshid Shahid Almeher, PhD, highlighted the untapped human potential in the PMO domain. He stressed the need for a proper framework to lead globally recognized projects.
Ajuba Khandaker discussed the critical role of PMOs in the financial sector. She emphasized the importance of structured practices for governance, risk control, and innovation.
The event also featured networking contests, celebrating collaboration and creativity.
Dr Abdulla concluded the event with a call to action, stressing that PMOs are engines of national transformation.
The conference also announced the expansion of the PMO Global South East Asia Community, connecting professionals from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
