BNP has organised a two-day training workshop for its Members of Parliament and those appointed as ministers, state ministers and advisers for the first time ahead of the first sitting of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad.
BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman inaugurated the workshop at the party’s Gulshan office in Dhaka on Friday morning.
Several former bureaucrats, academicians and former Members of Parliament are conducting the training sessions.

The two-day workshop will focus on the responsibilities of MPs, parliamentary practices for cabinet members and strategic approaches to improve efficiency in running ministries.
President Md Shahabuddin has convened the first session of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad on 12 March.
A total of 209 Members of Parliament from BNP were elected in the 13th parliamentary election.
