The results of the written examination for the recruitment of assistant teachers to government primary schools have been published. A total of 69,265 candidates have passed.
The results were published on the website of the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) on Wednesday night.
A press release stated that the written examination for the recruitment of assistant teachers of government primary schools under the Directorate of Primary Education of 2025 was held on 9 January across 61 districts of the country (excluding the three Chittagong Hill Districts).
Based on the results of this examination, candidates have been selected for the oral examination subject to the following conditions:
- This result will be considered a provisional result. Candidates selected based on this result will only be eligible to participate in the oral examination. This result does not guarantee appointment to any vacant post for the recruitment of assistant teachers of government primary schools for 2025.
- The authorities reserve the right to correct or, if necessary, cancel the relevant result if any kind of error/mistake/omission/printing error is observed at any stage of the published result.
- If a candidate is found/proven to have provided any false information intentionally or concealed any information, the authorities may cancel their result or selection.
- Final selection of candidates for appointment will be made following the “Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Regulations, 2025” based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination and the oral examination.
- The venue, date, and time for the oral examination will be published on the respective district primary education office’s website and notice board.
- The roll numbers of candidates selected for the oral examination, in serial order, can be found on the website of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (https://mopme.gov.bd) and the Directorate of Primary Education (https://dpe.gov.bd).
