National Development Engineers Ltd. (NDE) held a high-level Bankers’ Meet on Sunday at the Sheraton Ballroom in Dhaka, bringing together senior executives from major financial institutions to strengthen long-term collaboration and support the company’s next phase of expansion.
With more than four decades in operation, NDE has built a portfolio that includes power plant civil works, university campuses, hospitals, airport hangars and terminals, bridges, flyovers, marine jetties and large design-and-build projects. The company’s civil and MEP capabilities have established it as a leading EPC contractor with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure.
Company officials said the meeting was aimed at aligning financial strategies amid global volatility, supply chain disruptions and cost pressures. NDE has continued to grow despite these challenges, supported by longstanding banking relationships and investments in advanced heavy equipment used across national development projects.
Deputy managing director Nirjhar N Anwar said the company is positioned to accelerate its next phase of sustainable growth with continued banking support. Managing director Raihan Mustafiz said NDE’s resilience and consistent performance reflect its strong operational base. Chairman Md Mahbubur Rahman reaffirmed the company’s commitment to maintaining timely repayments and strengthening financial discipline.
The event ended with both sides emphasising deeper cooperation to ensure timely execution of critical infrastructure projects.
