Top leaders of the National Citizen Party (NCP) arrived at the Khulna Circuit House from Gopalganj, hours after their rally in Gopalganj was marred by violence.
The party has announced that it will hold a press conference at 9:30pm at the Khulna Press Club to brief the media about their next course of action.
Speaking to reporters upon arrival in Khulna, NCP Joint Member Secretary Mushfiq-us-Salehin said the senior leadership will outline both their upcoming programmes under the ongoing “July March” campaign and respond to today’s developments.
“Our top leaders will brief about the next steps of the July March and the overall situation we faced today,” he said.
