Robi Axiata PLC has launched a special initiative that will allow customers to watch all matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026 live through the My Robi app.
The telecom operator said the move is aimed at tapping growing excitement ahead of the tournament, which is expected to attract strong interest among football fans in Bangladesh.
Through the initiative, users will be able to follow matches involving their favourite teams and players from anywhere using the My Robi app. The company said details on how customers can access the live streams will be announced soon.
Robi said the initiative is part of its broader effort to expand digital entertainment services and enhance customer experience through digital platforms.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 is scheduled to begin on 11 June and conclude on 19 July. Jointly hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, it will be the largest edition of the tournament, featuring 48 teams.
