Modhumoti Bank PLC held its 13th Annual General Meeting at Sheraton Dhaka on Thursday.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Salahuddin Alamgir. It was attended by Vice Chairman Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Chairman of the Executive Committee Mostafa Kamal, and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee A Mannan Khan.
Other Directors, Shareholders, Managing Director Md Shafiul Azam, and Company Secretary Md Rezaul Karim were also in attendance, alongside the external auditor and other senior officials of the Bank.
During the session, participants shared their views regarding the Bank’s future strategy, service expansion, and the improvement of customer service quality. The meeting also served as a platform to present the Bank’s future and directives.
