Midland Bank PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Credence Housing Limited to provide convenient and attractive home loan facilities to the housing company’s customers.
The agreement was signed by Midland Bank Managing Director and CEO Imtiaz U Ahmed and Credence Housing Limited Managing Director Zillul Karim on behalf of their respective organisations, reads a press release.
Established in 2016, Credence Housing Limited is committed to enhancing urban living through innovative architectural designs and modern housing solutions.
The company aims to contribute to Dhaka’s future skyline by developing projects designed to become iconic landmarks.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both organisations.
Representing Credence Housing Limited were Director Syed Mahmud Jobair, Deputy General Manager (Revenue & Customer Affairs Department) Konika Kabir, and Head of Planning and Investment Department Rezaul Karim.
Midland Bank was represented by SEVP and Head of Institutional Banking Division Mohd Javed Tarek Khan, VP and coordinator of Retail Division and Head of Public Relations Division Mohammed Rashadul Anwar, and SAVP and Head of Dhanmondi Branch Mohammad Tariqul Hasan.
Under the agreement, customers of Credence Housing Limited will be able to avail home loan facilities from Midland Bank PLC on competitive terms, ensuring a seamless and customer-friendly financing experience.
The collaboration reflects Midland Bank PLC’s continued commitment to supporting the housing sector and making home ownership more accessible through strategic partnerships.
