Market n‑Trance Ltd has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medinova Medical Services Ltd to provide enhanced healthcare benefits to its industry colleagues, the Dhaka‑based tourism company said. The pact, signed on 25 May 2026 in Dhaka, will give Market n‑Trance’s B2B agents and associated partners and their dependents access to corporate healthcare facilities and special discounts across Medinova’s network.

Under the agreement, eligible members and their spouse, parents and children will receive a 30 per cent discount on annual health check‑up packages with physician consultation, and a 30 per cent reduction on pathology, microbiology, radiology and imaging tests, Market n‑Trance said.

Members and their dependents can avail the corporate benefits at any Medinova Medical Services Ltd branch in Bangladesh by quoting “Market n‑Trance Ltd” as the corporate reference code alongside the business person’s name at the time of service. Medinova, one of Bangladesh’s leading diagnostic healthcare providers, operates diagnostic and medical services across the country.

The MoU was signed by Dr Md Manowar Hossain, managing director of Medinova Medical Services Ltd, and Syed Shafat Uddin Ahmed Tomal, managing director of Market n‑Trance Ltd, in the presence of Al Emran Chowdhury, director and chief executive officer of Medinova, Ali Arafat Bappi and T M Shahdil Navin, coordinator of Medinova’s corporate unit.

Tomal said the partnership reflects a broader vision of supporting the wellbeing of those working in the tourism sector, where long hours and travel can make access to quality healthcare a priority. He said the initiative was intended as an “Eid gift” for colleagues and partners in the industry, adding that “tourism is not only about travel; it is also about the wellbeing and security of the people connected to this industry”.

He said the collaboration was designed to deliver meaningful healthcare support and corporate benefits to tourism professionals, and that the initiative aligns with a vision of building “a more responsible, people‑oriented and welfare‑focused tourism industry” in Bangladesh.

Officials from both organisations expressed optimism that the MoU will strengthen corporate healthcare accessibility for tourism professionals and set a positive example of inter‑industry cooperation in the country.

The benefits include access to diagnostic tests and check‑ups at significant discounts, enabling industry partners to manage health proactively and affordably. Medinova’s nationwide coverage means the scheme will be accessible to eligible members and dependents at multiple locations, subject to the three‑year duration of the agreement.

The partnership signals growing cooperation between service and healthcare sectors in Bangladesh, as private companies seek new ways to offer employee and partner welfare programmes. It also underlines the importance of corporate‑level health support in sectors such as tourism, where workers frequently travel and engage with diverse environments.
