Gas supply from Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) has faced a significant reduction due to maintenance work at an LNG terminal, resulting in low gas pressure across various areas of the country.
Petrobangla, the state-run oil, gas, and mineral resources corporation, announced the supply shortage in a notice.
The organisation stated that the decrease in gas obtained from LNG has led to the current situation.
The corporation expressed its sincere regret to its valued customers for the temporary inconvenience caused by the maintenance work.
